Returns & Exchanges

At EyeOns™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new eyewear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all frames and sunglasses. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EyeOns™ account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed RMA slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
